Set a weekly goal. Even if it is a small goal. Write it down. Set some time each day to work on that goal. When you finish that goal set another one before the week is over. By the end of the Month look back and show yourself you can reach for the stars one goal at a time.
Worked on helping a friend understand classes vs. functions in JavaScript today and pulled out @js_tut book JavaScript Grammar. This book helped my friend get a better understanding of what I was trying to teach them. Good Job @js_tut on this book.

Take each day as if you were given another chance in life. Go and find someone that you can help make their life better in some way. Doing this will give you joy and help you feel like you have a purpose in life.
If you have reached a point in your coding journey that you feel you can understand how to make things work. Now is the time to ask yourself, How can I give back? What can I do to help the next person learn to code? There are a lot of great mentors here to learn how to do this.
Are you feeling frustrated? Do you feel like all your hard work is being overlooked by your upper management? Stop... Take a deep breath. And list 3 things why you got into coding. Then ask yourself, do you feel the same about these 3 things? If so, then stop worrying.
