Any anti China narrative should be bullish for data center and ai center businesses. Ai is a national security issue different from the internet boom. More tension with China should increase the pace of the race.
Sometimes I wonder if longterm partnerships with a hyper scaler is good longterm because it secures costs at a fixed rate while those costs are still in price discovery mode. Like did Wulf make a poor contract compared to how it's evolving ?
