So you said my delivery was yesterday after lieing that you couldn’t find my address @Hermesparcels . Then you changed it back to can’t deliver to my adress because you can’t find my address but you can deliver my other packages?!
Hi @hm & @Debenhams I haven’t received any of my packages from @Hermesparcels some next day delivery. No update, nothing. I really wish you gave customers an option to choose which courier service seen as we’re paying for it as I’d rather pay more and go with another company. 🤦🏾♀️
