Two year ago today we lost this wonderful man. From the early days of his disease Jerry’s aim was to raise awareness of prostate cancer. I know of two men who heeded his warning and have now been treated for cancer. If you are a man of a certain age - make sure you get tested.

This You Tube clip from a few years ago in Southampton water shows how lucky this jet skier was and the dangers of getting too close to commercial shipping. We are witnessing this behaviour now and are working with Harbour Masters in the region to prosecute offenders.

Two firsts I got an MBE and I wore a really smart suit 😂 what a day.
This car broke down in a live lane on the M4 in Wiltshire. RPU attended and made the scene safe, luckily all occupants escaped before it was struck by another vehicle. Minor injuries only, extremely lucky.
Depression isn't always dark rooms and crying endlessly. Sometimes its getting up, going to work and smiling and laughing all day and then coming home to sit quietly doing little to nothing until its time to go to bed.
