1/4 Sam* was exploited into carrying drugs whilst living away from home aged 17. He’s since been diagnosed with several conditions including ADHD. After being arrested for carrying drugs, he was referred to Action for Children and given the support he needed. *Name changed.

3/4 Criminals who exploit children are skilled at picking out young people they can manipulate. Often, these are children who feel like they don’t belong, including: 👉 Children excluded from school. 👉 Children who have been in care. 👉 Children with mental health problems.
