So in the new CNN footage, it is quite clear that the officer did not walk up to the front of the car. When Good backs up the car, it places him in the front and would give him very good reason to believe she was aiming at him as the car guns forward.

Because no one has done it I lined up both videos time wise, put them side by side so you can see where the officer was when the first shot was fired in both views. He was in the process of being hit by her car.
The shoot was justified by self defense. That’s all there is to it. She made the choice, she paid the price.
Yes the video showed her attempting to flee while attempting to be detained for obstruction. By doing so she used her vehicle to strike a federal agent. A 3,000lb vehicle at that point is considered to be a dangerous weapon. So yes self defense. But even more so SHE did this…
