A not-so-gentle reminder that olfactory memories are some of our most vivid because the sense of smell connects directly with the brain’s memory and emotion centers. It is unique in this respect - other senses are mediated on their way to the limbic system.

We cured diseases, fed billions, split atoms, mapped the genome. And somehow, people decided science was the enemy. The anti-science movement will go down as one of humanity’s most tragic self-inflicted wounds.

Her leaving Westeros at the end of the show isn't that wild considering her storyline so far. She will come home & will never forget her roots as a Stark but her direwolf isn't named Nymeria for nothing.
are people aware that one can interact with a book without liking all of it’s themes and characters and actually be critical about it like one can enjoy a story and find it interesting without having to agree with things characters do or say
These people are ghouls. There is no current way to reverse T1D & kids with either type deserve a toy that makes them feel seen. You can educate people while letting kids have a toy, FFS. Only repulsive behavior is from this group.
Instead of normalizing diabetes for our children, our federal health agencies need to be educating the public on how to PREVENT and REVERSE this chronic disease. Is anyone else repulsed that companies like Mattel are capitalizing on sick children?
technically no — the only human disease that has been completely eradicated is smallpox. but we came real close with measles, until Andrew Wakefield decided to start a misinformation campaign saying the MMR causes autism
