Happy Halloween from the Erie "Pixar" staff!
5th S's concentrated on lines, shapes, and color when creating their sun and moon drawings. They used warm colors for the sun section and cool colors for the moon section. Marker was the medium they used when creating their work. Great job 5th graders! @ErieExcellence #SVVSDArt
K, 1, and 2 S's looked at artwork by Romero Britto. They chose a cat or dog to draw and used his style, a fun use of color, line, and shapes for the background. Students used crayons for projects. S's loved talking about their pet dogs & cats from home! @ErieExcellence #SVVSDArt
5th grade students looked at Pop artist Wayne Thiebaud. When creating this project, students concentrated on drawing shapes, especially circles. They also learned how to use value by shading with colored pencils. Love how these turned out! @ErieExcellence #SVVSDArt
5th grade students created lego mosaics. They created both a self portrait and one of their choice. Thanks to Mrs. Stem for letting us use her legos! @ErieExcellence #SVVSDArt
