Justin's smart, he knows when Canada gains jobs because Ontario gained jobs it is because of Federal Liberal policies AND when Canada loses jobs because Ontario lost jobs it is because of Federal Conservative policies. Unless the other parties are in power, then it's reverse.

Wrong! Conservatives brought in a universal taxable child benefit for everyone so it would help to lower income families most. The Trudeau Government made it not taxable and adjusted it to income so it would help lower income families most. It's better... somehow.... #cdnpoli
