I'm convinced there are designers out there who don't realize that reality doesn't always adhere to their comps.
The coder with a superiority complex writes pure Javascript. The actually superior coder writes with Javascript libraries.(Lib devs == gods)
I can only imagine that some designers sit in their ivory towers, pissing CSS on the peons and shouting "EMBRACE THE CASCADE!"
