We can't know what's possible for us in #recovery until we give treatment a try. #Depression & #anxiety tend to tell us treatment options won't help, but feeling like that doesn't mean it's true. Most of us can find significant relief from symptoms if we are active in recovery.
As holiday party season begins, I remember a great mini self-care tactic: taking a 2-3 minute deep breathing/mindfulness break in the bathroom at a party. This can work wonders! #anxiety #depression #recovery
