Sightless typing makes you slower For the first month😀 It was an investment which pays off🚀 Having this in mind I started to learn Vim 🖥️It's not crucial for daily work. I just find it enjoyable and hope it'll pay off the same way Practice vim here vim-hero.com

Thank you all guys🥰🥰

Today my colleague made me realize that I'm still just a junior... I felt so stupid when I showed him my problem and he responded with: "Did you try to google it?" (Of course I didn't 🤦‍♂️) One of the worst feelings...

Call me a fool But success criteria for my first public project is not to gain specific amount of money with it, but to make at least one person like to use it for their own satisfaction. Btw Today I added connection to firestore and I'm proud of it. Small but still success:)

What do you think about Neo Vim? Do you use it? I've seen some "pro coders" using it, but do YOU find it useful guys?

Success! Finally I was able add some users from the level of my app to the firebase auth I wanted to do it with usage of .env file for api keys to not expose it in the repo Later I'm willing to use google secret manager instead, but it's sufficient for now

Set up of the project is the most frustrating part of development for me. Today I'm working deeply on adding auth to my app and I've spent 80% of time on researching bugs and errors. A lot of work and no visible results, but I hope I'll go through it quickly ✌️

How do you store api keys for your projects? Do you use dotenv or more advanced solutions like secret managers? Any tips on storing these?

Every goal will be 3 times harder to achieve than you assume, it's a norm Regardless of the goal: finish a thesis, learn programming, get first job When I set them up I assumed some effort they will require, and every time the real effort was 3x my assumption But it's worth it

#1 Git tip Write the code so it aligns with the commit message you plan to add, not the other way around. If you do changes first and then think about the commit message for them, it's likely that you'll end up with large commits containing unrelated changes.

Do you use Sentry for app monitoring? Do you like it?

Do you recommend any REACT courses/channels/resources to get to know it quickly?
