Even platonically, I love intensely. Intimacy isn’t reserved for romance. I respect people’s boundaries, but I think a lot of people are taken aback because they’ve never been loved simply for the sake of being loved. I don’t want anything. I just genuinely love my friends.
While my immediate focus is healing and unlearning from my childhood trauma, the ultimate goal is a life long partner. Someone I can build a family with & feel good about. I have so many of the "check list" items yet can still recognize work I need and WANT to do.
