Bizarro's best would probably be the Zibarro part of All-Star Worst is tough, probably the Man of Steel issue but that's actually not that bad compared to the rest of the series
I like how she's used in the Williamson book with kinda flirting with her redemption arc Worst is probably Burnside Haven't read a lot of main focus Livewire tbh
