Catching up with old friends (via Zoom) and working my way through @neptunebrewery Medusa's Gaze (Jim Beam & Makers Mark BBA) and Kelpie (Buffalo Trace BBA) ft. Whisky chasers is the most fun I've had in about a year.

Really pleased for our friends @neptunebrewery, who are brewing their 500th beer today. They are one of our favourite breweries to work with and their beers are some of our favourites to drink! Here's to another 500, glad we could play a small part in this one. Cheers!

A combination of delicious fruit in todays #500brew Thanks to @SprawlKitchen for rescuing the Hagenta and Victoria plums from food waste, and roasting them.

Away in Sheffield city centre for a couple of days. Anybody got any good beer/pub/food recommendations?

After saving, cracking and putting in the fridge for 60 days, today our stratified and sprouting Apricot seeds are going to get planted in some potting soil and put on a sunny windowsill. Give us another 3 - 5 years and we will hopefully be able to harvest our own apricots!

Another batch of our Apple Cider Vinegar is on the go currently. This time we used the apples from our back garden apple tree.

The Honey Bees are making the most of the flowers on our Garlic Chives! It's always nice to see these little fellas enjoying our Sprawl Garden as much as we do. #SaveTheBees

Our annual Sprawl Garden grapes are almost here! Previously we have cooked these with a different saison before putting them on the menu! In 2018 it was @neptunebrewery's pink grapefruit saison and a @biereduquercorb saison in 2019. So suggestions for a 2020 saison are welcomed!

We have an abundance of Blackcurrants right now, so we are looking at ways to preserve them. I think I'll dry these out in a low oven before they likely make their way into our stout brown sauce, providing sweetness to one of our favourite beery condiments. #CraftBeerCooking

It has got to be hot sauce with cheese & onion pasty.

One month on and our celery has changed loads... even if we did forget about it and accidentally let it dry out once or twice! Hopefully in the next few weeks we will see some more vertical growth so we can actually try our regrown celery. #RegrowDontThrow

Some of the spoils from today's #Tayberry pick... with a couple of yellow raspberries thrown in for good measure!

Here we have used @ChapterBrewing That Old Rope, West Coast Pale to make the cheese sauce, before folding it through baked potato and making loaded potato skins. Very simple, very nice. #CraftBeerCooking

These lovely fresh radishes from the garden are making their way into a quick pickle for tonight's tea.

The homemade, hopped apple vinegar we were talking about the other day. We are not entirely sure where the acidity levels are with this but the flavour is great. Perfect for adding a tart apple zing to quick pickles that allow the salt and sugar to do the majority of the work.
