Springfield officers will be on site at Walmart for Fill A Cruiser today and tomorrow.
The entire Springfield Police department was out passing out candy, visiting with community members and took pictures.
Wednesday October 18th at 6 P.M. the Springfield Township Trustees will formally announce opening of a portion of the Spartan Trial completed on the grounds of Springfield High School. This will occur at the Trailhead on the south parking lot of the high school grounds.
Aug. 18, Springfield hosts the last concert of the season. Music begins at 7 p.m. Bring chairs, blankets and enjoy Dance Fever and the food trucks-Dr Hibachi, Cabbage Connection, Silly Millie’s and Cheezylicious. It all takes place at the Vince at Lakefront Park on Canfield Road.
The Backpack Giveaway is TOMORROW, July 29th from 9 am – 12 pm at the Lakemore United Methodist Church (1536 Flickinger Road). Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with ID. -children who live or with attend school in Lakemore or Springfield.
Come out and enjoy a concert. Bring your chairs or blankets and listen to the tunes of the band Overboard. There will also be food trucks. Concerts are free and held Friday evenings at 7 p.m. at the Vince Mealy Memorial Gazebo on Canfield Road.
