Well. This is disappointing. I just canceled my premium subscription because @X rugpulled me and took away the hexagonal profile and NFT verification. It was literally the reason I started paying to begin with. #web3 #Crypto x.com/SquishyCoder/s…

Why is my profile no longer hexagonal and no longer linking to my NFT @premium? That and hopes for future web3 integration are the only reason I went premium. I don't see links to support anymore, but if the perk I signed up for is gone, I'm done paying.

I once said to an Italian that I ate better pizza in Tokyo compared to when I visited Naples. They never spoke to me again. It was true though. Every decent pizza place in Tokyo is run by some guy who visited Italy, learned to make pizza then came back and did it 10x better.

No culture is safe from nerds in Japan. Any song your people have or dish they make. Japanese autism will seize it and do it ten times better than your ancestors could’ve ever imagined.

this is pure nonsense. every paradigm shift looks unprofitable until it suddenly becomes the only thing that matters. highways, the early internet, electrification, even railroads.. none of them made money at the start. they were giant sunk costs that later defined the entire…

Trump's economy is being held up by a massive AI bubble. A recent study found that of 300 companies that owned generative AI tools, 95% reported zero return on their investments. We will not entertain a bailout of these companies should this bubble pop.

While German companies were laser focused on gender neutral corporate speech and pride months, China has been building massive manufacturing capacities. It hits not only German exports to China, but also all other markets flooded with Chinese products. Good luck Germany.

So many economics commentators made their careers on the idea that America's young people are getting screwed, and it just...isn't true?

Generation Z is doing unusually *well* economically. The typical 25-year-old today has a higher annual income, net worth, and likelihood of being employed than the typical millennial or boomer did at 25. (Of course, AI might be about to change that) vox.com/politics/46877…

It must be really embarrassing for European green Marxists that North Korea is much closer to achieving Net Zero targets than Europe.

The eyebrow equivalent of uptalking. This is the face people use when they don't want to take responsibility for what they're saying.

And just with this single comment, Euro-tards @eeldenden and @Diana_European block me. They lack the ability to make their case rationally, but are also euro-centic bigots, so they just block. Very weak. Of course, trying to prevent opposing speech is THE European playbook! 😂

But Europe actively fights against freedom! All that's left now is (most of) America and Free Asia, which is under siege. Except Poland, Europeans have funded and transferred technology to the Sino-Russian war machine for >20 years. And bristled at calls to fund NATO defense.

Companies that pay their workers partly in stocks are probably the closest that has ever existed to the communist dream of workers owning the means of production. Isn’t it ironic? $NVDA

Jensen has been tragically under-compensated!

Jeff Bezos is worth $238 billion, even though Amazon has a $2.6 trillion market cap. In other words, he’s created $2.4 trillion of value for other shareholders—plus trillions more for employees, customers, suppliers, governments, and other stakeholders. Jensen Huang is worth…

There's obviously some grade inflation going on, but I saw a fascinating trend at Oxford University over the last 80 years. Students in the 1950s had minimal pressure to do well; many came from rich families and had guaranteed incomes regardless of their grades. Hence the…

Why does China make all the electric cars, and not Europe? Why does China make all the batteries, solar panels, and drones, and not Europe? Why does China have a much stronger software industry than Europe? Why is China a leader in AI, and not Europe?

Honestly, modern Europeans should look over at China, and then look at how they've turned against technology, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

If you are pinging someone who’s busier than you, you should have a single well-thought-out specific ask. Only ask for something you truly cannot do on your own, and where you have done everything you possibly can by yourself. For example, if you’re asking someone to send an…

3 years ago, we chose a monolith. Today, that monolith: - Runs in a single ASG. - Deploys in 12 minutes. - Is understood by every engineer. - Has a single, fast test suite. - Costs 1/5th what our 'microservice' platform does. We're now building our second product. It's also a…

It’s kinda insane to say this. But one of the most important edges the US has over China is that the US has Elon Musk. China doesn’t have anyone even remotely like Elon. I think even the biggest China bulls will agree.

To understand the European mindset, you must consider that 20 generations ago an entire new world opened up for the taking, and everyone still in Europe is descended from 20 generations of people who shrugged and said "Nah, not for me."

This European went viral after posting a "f*ck the American Dream" video

NOW - Germany has just blown up the cooling towers of another decommissioned nuclear power plant. This time in Gundremmingen, Bavaria.
