Spotted a defibrillator at places like stations, gyms and shopping centres? You shouldn't be afraid to use a defib - anyone can use one. If a person's in cardiac arrest they give them a chance of surviving. Defibs will only 'shock' a person if it's needed. #WorldHeartDay
