Forcing myself to eat cause I'm hungry but I'm in that mood where I don't want to eat
It's people like the ones in my family that make me want to never eat.
People seriously need to leave me alone and let me learn to be healthy.
Had a salad and soup for lunch. Worked out. Had an apple after. Now I'm hungry and my father thinks I ate too much today to be hungry.
If you don't like what you see in the mirror, change that. Starting today. No excuses.

20 on elliptical, 10 on bike. And I was dead. Wow. Rough start.
Woke up late. Having yogurt and banana and then heading to the gym. No excuses!
I think I'm going to put $100 aside and get gym clothes, earphones, a towel, water bottle, etc.
Dinner: chicken, potatoes, and lots and lots and lots of broccoli
I'm disappointed that I stopped working out for so many months. But I'm happy too. Cause it shows everyone struggles. But I got back up.
I am officially done with being overweight. I cannot handle it.
They are SOOOO overweight. Omg. I think this is what finally made me snap back into reality
Just watched Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. I almost cried. My biggest fear is becoming one of them.
