2/ Thinking this could be SBO, I do a #POCUS. labs normal. A CT abdomen/pelvis had already been ordered. I put the probe on the abdomen, and here's what I see. Check out the aorta, located right in the middle image. That flappy thing right in the middle is an aortic dissection.
