Enjoyed my visit to Hall Court yesterday and met staff from both the clozapine and depo clinics - impressed with the continuity of care, but blown away by their ability to positively follow up patients who are non-concordant with medication, ultimately ensuring patient safety

One year on and I’m feeling better than I ever have. Pushing myself out my comfort zone and actually believing in myself! My trauma doesn’t define me, it makes me who I am, and the incredible therapy I had allowed me to find the real me. Forever grateful to my therapist. 💙

Reflecting on the last year on #MHNursesDay today. It’s been a really challenging year. I have PTSD after an incident at work & at the time I wasn’t sure I could carry on nursing but after therapy I have regained my love for MH nursing & I am incredibly proud of my profession 💙
