Just got home after a awesome spin class from @kevfry1076.Started to feel dizzy and sick so I called it a day after Saturdays walk to Weston
Just got home from walk from Kingswood to Weston. Did in 8hrs. 3hrs in hospital dehydrate. Home now tired
Got a long charity walk tomorrow.Kingswood centre to Weston pier.Should take 8 hours or so.Booked a massage on Sunday expecting aching legs.
So disappointed I couldn't make the gym again. @kevfry1076 I'm not avoiding you I promise. Hopefully new starter at work next week to help.
