How to help the housing market. Reduce or remove stamp duty for pensioners who downsize their homes. Freeing up larger family homes. We need more suitable smaller houses and bungalows.
Had a conversation earlier about what the breaking point will be for the country. So many people struggling just to survive, and prices continue to rise. Something is going to break, and I fear it's not far off.

Do you ever wonder where all the money we pay in taxes goes? Maybe if wages weren't held back when inflation rose so much over the past 5 years, we'd all be paying more taxes anyway.

Dealing with trades people is just a nightmare nowadays. They're so unreliable and often questionable quality. As for the £££'s they charge, it's insane.

I wonder how much more the people of the UK will tolerate the current state of the country, its crumbling infrastructure, high crime, poor policing and high taxes for continually reducing services.
