The Supreme Court's definition of "incitement to violence" needs to drop the "immediate" test. Clearly, when Trump inspired Cesar Sayoc, the #MAGABomber, Sayoc needed weeks to plan, construct, and execute his mail bomb attacks. The "imminent" standard shielded Trump.
