I just was curious if this was a new exploit, or just a rehash of the existing API's (which exist, and aren't a bug.)
I guess it's good that people are getting riled up, since maybe more will be aware of malicious code, but I thought this was pull-only.
If it's just a repeat of "If you download malicious code than someone running a gatherer can get your info" it's not news. @anafielle
I've heard lots of people say the "bug definitely exists" @anafielle @Rilgon - anyone have proof they can share though?
I'm putting decent odds on the "gearscore shows you realID!!!" thing being a troll, btw, which is why I haven't posted anything.
