Despite Trump's bellowing, the fatuous bleating of his followers and the current fashion in some circles for branding everyone with a contrary political stance as traitors, nothing that Kelly or his colleagues said meets any legal definition of treason or seditious conspiracy.


When did it become appropriate for a president to declare anyone guilty, especially when the prosecution conducted at his demand failed miserably when reviewed by a federal judge?
