Here in GRH we have 112 patients in total across majors and minors, with 4 very unwell patients in the resus area and 60 patients needing admission. This means that if you’re attending for a minor injury or illness, you will find waiting times are long #AndELive @gloshospitals

If 500mg paracetamol is under-dosing an adult then single unit plasma is no different #PatientBloodManagement is not about avoiding #transfusion, but transfusing appropriately If plasma is indicated then please dose correctly @PBM_NHS @london_rtc @NHSBT_CTU @BritishBloodTS
