@budgetins i find the lack of not caring for ur customers disgusting, Some call center agent by the name of preshnee is now tellin me she has to escalate to manager Grace Hassan who I find personally Useless cuz if she cared she cld hev ensures this is closed
@budgetins after hesitation for any of u to cal me u finally did about 2 days ago and told me my refund has been processed and I wake up 2 days later no refund and I call again and I’m bein told it’s still waiting manager auth

Don’t ever and i mean ever take ur car to at Motorpro for a service if you want your car scratched and damaged and a useless team that doesn’t want to take accountability and will never ever repair ur car risk it. Dont use this guys ..
