She nodded and led him out of the lab, and started towards Starcourt Mall. ❝So, what would you like?❞ Ruby was really warming up to him now, especially in his Ditto form.
"Eh, don't worry, in this form I still eat normal human food." He smiled up at her and then looked around. "Lets get out of this place."
❝Then we will go and get some food!❞ She said standing back up and holding his little hand. ❝I don't know what your species eats, though. That's the one problem.❞
"Well...No that you mention it...I am pretty hungry." He patted his stomach which in response, growled loudly and a faint shade of red formed on Ditto's cheeks. "...Make that starving."
She held him too. ❝I'm sorry...❞

Ruby giggled, understanding what he had done. ❝Perfect!❞ She crouched down to his height and smiled. ❝Seen as we got rid of the lab, what would you like to do now, 'Ditto'?❞
"...Fine, since you helped me out." He transformed back into Ditto and looked at the Ultimatrix symbol. "Ultimatrix, engage life form lock." 'Life form lock engaged.' A robotic voice came from the Ultimatrix symbol, that sounded an awful lot like Ben's voice.
❝You're fine as you are. One of the few people I can call a friend.❞ She said with a smile. ❝But as Ditto, you're adorable and have cool powers.❞ She said with a slight giggle.
"Eh...Kinda... There was this one girl in my dimension that I liked but...she only liked me when I was in a very specific alien form." A frown then came on his face as he remembered that day as clear as day, he quickly shook his head. "But it doesn't matter."

He then pretended to be hurt...okay maybe he was a bit hurt...That reminded him of Kai Green, who just liked him in his Blitzwolfer form. "Don't tell me you like Ditto more than me." He said in a playful fake hurt tone.
