@UberEats your customer support is useless. It has to be designed to prevent effective contact. Either it tells you something not compliant with consumer laws or prevents you from contacting it. The categories are not comprehensive & depend on the app working fully - it doesn’t

Hey @UberEats, I had to cancel an order bc the delivery time was delayed almost 2 hours. I cancelled the order I was charged a cancellation fee of 19.00. 3 drivers decided not to wait on the restaurant to finish so it was obviously a problem. Refund was denied so back to doordash
