But your platform is allowing people to sell above face value? Someone’s listed Bruno mars tickets on your site for £672.50 each which is claimed to be ‘face value + fees’ but it’s £592.05 all in on ticketmaster 🤷‍♀️

@Twickets would obviously never but anything from these scammers but looked out of curiosity. £36 per ticket for "fees" after already charging twice the face value. This needs to stop.

@Twickets you need to charge to put offer in and redeem it when you buy the ticket, even if its £1. Had about 20 offers for tickets I put up, accepted but not gone any further than that.

@Twickets I am convinced that bots or resellers are getting these tickets for Max Mcnown, every time a ticket becomes available I click the notification straight away and it’s already sold. This has happened at least 10 times now. Then you see tickets on viagogo for £100 each.

I bought tickets through @Twickets and I’m v stressed bc the seller keeps replying saying she’ll send the tickets “right now” and then 12 hours pass and she’ll send them “right now” and the cycle continues…

It’s appalling that TM facilitates the resale of tickets on their own platform at vastly increased prices, no doubt because they can take another cut of the proceeds. My only fear is that TM will just increase their prices to offset their losses on resale. They cannot be trusted.
