@dpduk_ the worst delivery service ever. Every. Single. Time. Drivers never seem to be able to find out address. Why do companies use you for deliveries? Always inconvenienced whenever there's a delivery from you. I wait in especially and every time driver cannot find address.

@dpduk_ have excelled themselves again by not delivering my next day delivery for two days now. Fab. Web chat bot is of course drunk and the delivery app is stuck on a 'you'll get your delivery by 3:30' page. Clearly a wind up.

SMS I got, drove home in lunch break (can’t change delivery, have left in safe place AND DPD wont put in my letterbox in front door! Driver said delivery 4 Neighbour next door, wldnt let me give PIN & left. DPD cut me off 25 min call. Furious

@DPDUK_Care_ I ordered a 4kg porchetta from Marco Alimentari to be delivered to me in SW Scotland. It was to have been delivered yesterday. The driver lied, claiming he attempted delivery when we were here. Now I have received another notice making the same claims.
