Incompetent @virginmedia team worked for weeks in June July to repair its broadband service in West London. But within weeks it went down again. It now wants few days more to repair it! What a shame! #virginmedia

@virginmedia possibly THE WORST customer service experience and support EVER. had two confirmations in two weeks of a renewal, still showing 'renew' on my account and got told I'm not in contract when chasing a new router that hasn't come on the date you said it would. Just crap
