Likely my most satisfying moment in science. I used NOAA ERDDAP data & NASA satellite images thru time to show the reason for and proved the anomaly spike in productivity, bringing an increase of bait fish,then sharks,to south Florida where 4 bites occurred in one month in 2017.

What coaches who constantly reiterate “calories in versus calories out” for weight loss don’t realize is: ppl don’t need more information (they understand what you’re saying), they need *implementation* strategies. A caloric deficit isn’t benign on hunger, cravings, energy, etc.
