Taxation is theft. It should be kept to a minimum. It’s wrong to steal my money for grift on the left; it’s also wrong to tax me for crypto bro schemes. Efficient defense, courts, national parks (should fund themselves), prisons, etc - fine. Cut it out with these schemes guys.

These have to be annual rents. Commercial office space rents are typically quoted on an annual basis. The vacancy rate is the outrageous part. If the quoted rent is 12x the average rent ($55/yr class A in Washington DC), they just quoted monthly when it is actually annual.
