My great-grandfather was obviously autistic, my grandfather was obviously autistic, my mom is obviously autistic and I'm the only one diagnosed. Doesn't mean the autism rate in my family went up. Would be great if this wasn't incomprehensible to most people.
A reminder that ‘vaccines cause autism’ is from a fradulent 1998 paper that was made by a fraudster who was paid by lawyers to write a case against vaccine companies. He lost his license and the journal that published it withdrew it. No study since has ever shown any link.
