ManipalCigna took 4 months to cancel policy and issue refund. Instead 75%they,refunded 50%.This is deliberate tactic to extract as much money as possible from customers before letting them go.They know they can only cheat customer once @ManipalCigna @PrasunSikdar @bimalok @Cigna

ManipalCigna's services are incredibly inefficient. Employing misleading tactics and providing wrong information to boost sales, expand customer base and later refusing to let customer cancel policies and receive refunds is not acceptable. @ManipalCigna @Cigna @bimalok @irdaindia
False information given regarding car features and converted to sale. It can surely helped Toyota to make one time sale however damaged long time relationship. I would not promote Toyota to any of my family members and friends. Extremely bad experience.
