News: The data provided to the public from NIL Go yesterday was inaccurate. Here are the original numbers vs the current numbers. In a statement, the College Sports Commission said the errors resulted from mistakes made by Deloitte Consulting, which added their own statement.

This is going to be a disaster now that we are back in season. Big moments & breakout stars warrant deals happening in a span of hours. It’s broken already- and will end up costing athletes, brands, and schools money and exposure- the opposite of NIL’s intended purpose.
An agent recently told me “it’s impossible to do quick turnaround #NIL deals. It holds everyone in limbo. There is no real ‘customer service’ or urgency… I tried to go through a school’s compliance officer to see if he could speed a program up and he was just as lost as I was.”

After taking nine days to wordsmith a two-page memorandum, it seems inconceivable that the CSC never considered that they have no authority whatsoever to demand documents or anything else from a collective. 🙄 These guys are breeding new lawsuits faster than rabbits make babies.
