Making mental health & well-being for all a global priority also means making mental health a priority for yourself. For #WorldMentalHealthDay to fall on a holiday in Ontario seems likes a recipe for self-care. How are you caring for your mental health today?

It is important to pause sometimes and ask, “What do I have gratitude for”. You will find that the good experiences you have with your kids are one of the big things you have to feel thankful for. When you feel thankful, you will want to experience those moments more often.

Lovely article that articulated how many of us are feeling, 6 months into the pandemic!

Hello lovely people! A lot of folks reacted to my little thread about hitting a 6 month pandemic wall. Here's a short article I wrote about it. If my experience helps you, amen. If not, I'm still rooting for you. 🙏🏽❤️✊🏽

3️⃣Wellness Wednesday. What does wellness mean? (1/2) Perhaps we can agree it has an unique meaning to each one of us. It involves doing anything that uplifts you socially, emotionally, spiritually, environmentally , occupationally, intellectually and physically. #mentalhealth

Thankful Thursday: Did you know? When we practice gratitude, we have higher levels of optimism and decreased negative feelings. Try starting a gratitude jar to consider what you're thankful for on a daily basis - and invite your family to participate too! #TCDSBMHW2020
