I've learned to view my failures as teaching moments. The further I get, the more necessary this feels. Because the more often you get knocked down, The more it hurts. And if you can't spin that into a positive outcome. You're doomed to fail.
My last post about happiness got 15x more impressions than normal for my page. What was the cause? I honestly have no idea. It was just a clever post that spoke to people. I guess the algorithm loved it.
I realize I could ALWAYS be doing more. You mad lads here on X have a way of making me feel like a lazy POS comparatively. 🤣
Happiness is a reward. It's up to you to decide if you WANT to be happy, or if you NEED to be happy.

Keeping tally’s toward daily goals is a tool I’ve been using to motivate myself. Seeing that goal number pop up is the best feeling. And I find the act of physically incrementing that counter satisfying. A cheap hit of dopamine, sure, but it’s in the service of something…
If you don’t use them you’ll lose them: > Momentum > Mindset > Muscles Rent is due daily on these things.
Our brains have an interesting ability to find patterns based purely upon our biases. If we can train our minds to see opportunity within the madness, The possibilities are endless.
