Today the House and Senate conferees signed a conference report that represents the largest tax cut in Mississippi history and puts us on the path to personal income tax elimination. It’s a great first step and a huge win for our state.
No politics, just math - for all of those who actually care about the factual differences between the House & Senate plans. Other thing to note is that Senate plan does not set into motion the complete elimination of the income tax & House plan does that through growth triggers.
Mississippians do better under the @MSHouseOfRep Tax Freedom Act. Ask your Senator to work with the House to eliminate the income tax, cut the grocery tax and provide real relief on car tags.
