And I'm complaining because my Telegram account was frozen 😂 People are out here having it rough.
Digital assets you own on Mini Apps/Telegram aren't safe in event your account is frozen or banned. I hate to say this but millions worth of digital assets have been lost due to a Telegram ban, or freezing of accounts done by AI Moderation tools which are prone to make errors.
This is the only flaw I see on @Telegram, every other thing is perfect. As someone who is directly affected, I won't stop speaking about this. @smstelegram @Durov.

I want to believe you so badly that you're fighting for free speech, but you use AI Moderation Tools to deplatform Telegram users and appeals are almost never successful.

Everything he said is true except that you'll lose all your digital assets on Telegram and on Mini Apps in Telegram if you get banned. What would even be more painful is if you were banned wrongfully.

The feeling is mutual, why would I risk my account when I have digital assets on the account? My Telegram was wrongly frozen and I can't seem to understand why except that I logged into @GraphMessenger before my account was frozen.

There are more reasons why you can get your @Telegram account frozen or banned. Using an unofficial Telegram app like @GraphMessenger which is on Playstore is an example. There are other unofficial Telegram apps that can get your account banned, some of which are on Playstore.

It's quite unfortunate that logging into Telegraph got my account frozen. Telegram should outrightly stop the usage of Unofficial Applications instead of banning those who use them for no reason.

My 6-year TG Premium account (ID 893901422, info in TG: @syropinfo) was frozen after a phone number change. After my Reddit post hit the top of r/Telegram (reddit.com/r/Telegram/s/V…: ~30k views, 130+ upvotes), it was silently unfrozen, but all sessions were logged-out. @telegram
You would never understand the pain until it happens to you, and if you have digital assets on @Telegram in the event of a ban or freezing your account, you'll lose all your digital assets forever. Telegram and Decentralisation ought not to be in the same sentence.
I've never seen any appeals that were accepted after a frozen account or ban.
If your account has been banned, please contact [email protected]. Be sure to include the phone number (with country code) of the banned account, along with relevant details and context about the case. Accounts can be unbanned if the ban was a false positive.
Whatever you do on @Telegram means nothing if you get banned for no reason, stay safe, protect your assets and sanity. A Telegram ban hurts more than a coin rug.
