The power issues at the Dothan Campus have been resolved.


Please be aware that the Dothan, AL campus is experiencing power issues causing disruption to Internet, Network, and Phone services at this time.


For the safety of our staff and students, the Atlanta, San Antonio, and Sumter support centers are closed today, January 26. Our staff at these locations are working remotely.


Intellistack has resumed normal operations and will continue to monitor the performance of Formstack email notifications.


Microsoft 365 services have been restored.


Email notifications from Formstack may be impacted by an outage affecting submission notifications and other alerts. Intellistack is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Microsoft 365 is experiencing an issue that is affecting our scan to email capabilities. Microsoft has started implementing fixes for their affected services but some effects are still being seen.


The San Antonio, TX Support Center is experiencing an interruption of network and telephone services. A fiber cut has been discovered within the building and is related to construction work. We are waiting for the service provider to provide an ETA for repair.


A power issue at Fraternity Village has prompted an internet outage. Physical Plant has been contacted about the power issue. sos.troy.edu


The Colleague (Datatel) LIVE system and Troy University Self-Service will be unavailable on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025, for scheduled maintenance activities. This outage will NOT affect your Trojan email or the Canvas course management system. sos.troy.edu


Configuration Manager Issues We are aware of multiple issues with Configuration Manager, including Software Center application deployments. Our support rep has been notified and support tickets created. sos.troy.edu


The Financial year-end close is now complete. Colleague & Self-Service are now available.


We have confirmed that the intermittent issues with the SANS training platform that impacted the ability to launch training modules has been resolved.


The SANS Cybersecurity Training platform is currently experiencing intermittent issues. We are actively working with support team as they find a resolution.


Finance Year-End Close Schedule The Troy Financial Services division requires downtime on the administrative systems to close the 2024-2025 fiscal year. For more information visit sos.troy.edu
