Would you work the rest of 2025 for free? 📅 Today is Disability Pay Gap Day, meaning that's effectively what disabled workers will do. @The_TUC found that disabled workers, on average, earn £4,081 less than non-disabled workers. The equivalent of 49 days without pay.
So much of the conversation about disabled people and work this year has focussed solely on benefits. But for the Government to have any hope of getting more disabled people in work, it needs action from employers.
