Today is Remembrance Day. Lest we forget, freedom is a privilege that was given to us by the selfless sacrifice of others. It's not a guaranteed right, and can be easily taken away if we aren't vigilant in taking active steps to safeguard it.
I designed this custom Pip-Boy icon for the Red Star Arsenal perk, since apparently the Chinese Assault Rifle icon is not packaged in with the New Vegas textures. Oops!
I'm wondering if for the "You Call This Archaeology?" challenge I should increase the number of graves you have to loot to 36, since 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' takes place in 1936. Or is that too esoteric?
I've added the challenge "You Call This Archaeology?" to the Armor Mega-Pack, that rewards you for looting 30 graves while wearing the Relic Hunter Outfit. In return, you get +10% crit chance with Curios and Relics, and -10% chance of setting off traps.
I released a hotfix for the Armor Mega-Pack, fixing the Sunchaser Suit, Black Ops Combat Armor and Party Animal Blazer not rendering properly in first-person. fallout.firedrakecreative.com/doku.php?id=ar…
The Mega-Pack updates are now live! Hopefully, it'll keep you busy for a good while, as I've got a bunch of IRL projects I want to pursue. Next update won't be 'til 2025 at the earliest! fallout.firedrakecreative.com
Here's one last very minor update I made to the Enhanced Battle Rifle mesh, modeling an actual magazine well for the mag to slot into, instead of just jamming it up through the floorplate.
Cutting it right down to the wire with this one, but seeing as how I already made the PP-19 body, how could I not switch out the mag to make a pseudo-Bizon? There's some minor clipping of the hand through the mag, but it's not super-noticeable in first-person.
As mentioned earlier, I've now added a moving bolt to all G3-based weapons in the Mega-Pack, and also did the same for the Short Barreled Automatic Rifle.
