As with every sentient being, our basic nature is pure goodness. Let this insight open you. Bearing it always in mind, with a full and tender heart accept and appreciate both yourself and all beings. - TTE team
When there is no negativity, we reach a point where insight into the true nature of things occurs naturally, without any effort on our part. Then, once we see things as they really are, we begin to experience all-embracing love and compassion that arise freely and without effort.
A bodhisattva has no thought of escape from samsara. Realizing that a self distinct from others has no reality, a bodhisattva moves beyond samsara—all the while still embracing sentient beings with her immense, impartial and all-inclusive loving-kindness and compassion. TTE team

When we die, we do not just disappear like candlelight where the wax has become exhausted or like water that merely dries up. When we die, life and our habitual patterns go on. - Drubpon lama Tenzin Sangpo
The genuine, pure kind of help is to help others become better people: softer, kinder, more gentle, and wiser. That is long-lasting help that will heal and remove all the suffering and pain. - Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche

Whenever we wake up, we need to have one motivation: today, I like to watch myself. I will watch my mind. I will watch what I think, what I say, what I do. I want to be calm and kind and thoughtful and I don't want to hurt and harm. - Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche
We are pleased to announce the dates for the upcoming Fall Seminar and TTE retreat with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche and Drubpon Lama Tenzin in Lumbini, Nepal. More details will follow soon. For questions: [email protected]. We hope to meet you there!
