Hi @CapitalOnTap just had an annoying situation. Ordering something online, the OTP went to the OLD mobile number on the account, not the NEW one as I'd expect. Fortunately I had the old one to hand as it hasn't been cancelled yet.

have raised a ticket to @Panda_Security through the @watchguard email address. Had a reply from a tech that hadn't read the whole initial email, Tried to reply to his pandasecurity email address which bounced saying "to raise a ticket use a support address" but i was replying!
