Our preliminary conclusion: @Apple is in breach of EU competition law. @AppleMusic compete with other music streaming services. But @Apple charges high commission fees on rivals in the App store & forbids them to inform of alternative subscription options. Consumers losing out.

Facebook is calling out iOS 14.5, which includes a feature that lets users easily stop apps from tracking them in certain ways. Facebook expects to start seeing an impact from the changes to iOS right away, as the feature launched this week could harm its ability to target ads.
Apple's new software, iOS 14.5, will be available next week, including a major privacy feature called App Tracking Transparency. The software requires apps to request permission before gathering user data, to provide transparency and give users a choice if their data is tracked.
