I had multiple embarrassing moments at a 4-way stop today on Self-Driving v14.1.4. There’s just something about knowing others have a superior version (14.1.7) that helps resolve these issues. 😑 Help us @aelluswamy, you’re our only hope!
It’s very encouraging seeing how well Tesla Self-Driving version 14.1.7 is performing. I’m currently on 14.1.4 and hoping to receive the latest version soon!
I’m hoping this remains true during the daylight! I’ve been experiencing much smoother driving at night with 14.1.4.
Just drove FSD 14.1.7 over 30 minutes and it was 100% smooth. NO brake stabbing. Great job @Tesla_AI 👍
Tesla Self-Driving 14.1.7 is VERY smooth on my Model Practically at V13 levels and smoothness and comfort now, though still seeing some indecisive moments. Smooth versions of 14… i’ve been waiting for this!

Full Self-Driving V14.1.7 is now rolling out for the first time via software update 2025.38.8.7! This build of FSD is compatible with all AI4 vehicles.
With a potential release of Tesla Self-Driving v14.2 or v14.1.6 coming in the next 7 days, things are lookin up!
What remains true: - V14.1.5 released to only Cybertruck and in limited quantity (<5%). - V14.1.4 reached ~50% saturation before pausing. All signs point to a new build (V14.1.6 or V14.2) being released in under a week.
Just found out my neighborhood is getting fiber in about 2 weeks!!! Our only option has been cable so this is really great.
Well this was a first! Tesla Self-Driving safely and smoothly avoids an oncoming car that is driving on the wrong side of the road! Wow @Tesla_AI @aelluswamy 🤯 Bravo!

I love this idea. Nice work Tesla. One suggestion though: use FSD v13.2.9, not any version of 14 that is currently available.

First time on the highway with Tesla Self-Driving v14.1.4 and wow, it handled this potential crash perfectly! The pickup truck driver didn’t seem to check his left before moving over and nearly hit us, but my car saw him coming and safely/smoothly moved me to safety!
Had multiple instances of good yellow light behavior today on Tesla Self-Driving v14.1.4. Very happy to see that. @Tesla_AI
