I learn something every time I discuss the #futureofwork, learning, and our economy with @OpptyatWork’s @byron_auguste. Worth watching these 2 minutes on “re-wiring the labor market” to make lifelong learning—and earning—a reality for more Americans:

Right now, there are more than 500,000 open #techjobs. In order to avoid a #skillsgap crisis, we need to change hiring practices and expand opps so people who can do the jobs get the jobs.
